PREPARATION
The walls onto which the section is to be mounted should be finished and painted.
MOUNTING
Cut and drill the aluminium sections depending on the measurements needed.
Allow for a space of approximately 500 to 600 mm. between tubber blocks (Ref. ZK301).
To ensure a better fit, cut the Zikonyl section 2 mm. longer than the aluminium section.
Screw on the end caps before mounting the Zikonyl section at both the left-hand and roght-hand ends.
Fix the aluminium section onto the wall, place the rubber separating blocks and finally mount the Zikonyl plastic section.
The minimum installation measure of ZK-H model is 151 mm.
