PREPARATION
The walls onto which the section is to be mounted should be finished and painted.
MOUNTING
Cut and drill the aluminium sections depending on the measurements needed. Allow for a space of approximately 800 to 1000mm. Between supports. To ensure a better fit, cut the Zikonyl section 2mm. longer than the aluminium section.
The t-shaped side of the aluminium section is the upper part. Mount the aluminium section onto the wall by placing the separating supports and then mount the Zikonyl section.
The upper part of the Zikonyl section has a thicker edge. Mount the section by rotating it round te t-shape as shown in the diagram.
Mount end caps before clipping on the Zikonyl section at both the left-hand as well as the right-hand ends.
The minimum installation measure of Zk-V model is 310mm.
