ZIKO EUROPA S.A. is an innovative company with a high production capacity in the design and manufacture of profiles. It boasts state-of-the-art, fully automated extrusion and injection moulding equipment, housed in a 2,000-square-metre facility.
Its advanced technology and highly qualified staff enable it to guarantee consistent quality across all its products. We currently export regularly to distributors in Germany, Portugal and many other countries such as Jordan, Panama and Turkey.
The quality, functionality and service are endorsed by its numerous customers who have entrusted Zikonyl® with the protection and decoration of their walls: hospitals, care homes, construction companies, hotels, shopping centres, clinics and banks.

We offer a 2-year warranty against any manufacturing defects as proof of our commitment. The key to our success lies in manufacturing a high-quality product using machinery from leading German manufacturers, purchased new and properly maintained to ensure consistent production over time.

All materials used in the manufacture of Zikonyl® are fully recyclable and environmentally friendly. Our material is phthalate-free. We strive for sustainable growth by managing resources efficiently, reducing the consumption of raw materials and energy, and managing waste in partnership with external certified companies to minimise our environmental impact.
More than 30 years by your side
The founding of Ziko Europa S.A.
We began our business as manufacturers of decorative interior protection fittings. We manufacture handrails, corner protectors and wall guards; this is our sole area of business.
The system that defines us
We developed our protection system based on an aluminium profile fixed to the wall with a floating plastic component that absorbs impacts. Commonly used in the construction or refurbishment of hospitals, care homes and public buildings.
Exports to Europe and the rest of the world
We have begun regular exports to distributors in Germany, Portugal and other countries such as Jordan, Panama and Turkey. Projects involving more than 2,000 ml installed in major university hospitals in Spain, Angola and Panama.

Profile extrusion
Zikonyl® profiles are manufactured by extrusion using Battenfeld machinery, ensuring a perfectly uniform cross-section along the entire length of the profile.
Injection moulding of caps
The end caps and finishing caps are manufactured using Arburg injection moulding technology, ensuring precise tolerances and a perfect fit on the aluminium.
Hydraulic Tube Bender
Transfluid hydraulic tube bender for the manufacture of handrails and curved profiles that adapt to stairs, ramps, and special geometries.
Drying and molds
Dehumidifier for the proper drying of materials prior to manufacturing, along with an extensive collection of molds specific to each model in the range.
