The ZK-I handrail is manufactured from polished stainless steel tubing with a diameter of 43 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm, in AISI 304 grade, the benchmark standard for healthcare environments and areas with high humidity.
It is characterised by being manufactured in a single piece, free from welds and joints at the elbows connecting to the wall or the end cap. For pieces longer than 5.5 m, one or more joints are created using a seamless inner sleeve, ensuring a continuous finish with no visible joints.
It is installed with an 8 cm gap from the wall, meeting accessibility requirements and facilitating thorough cleaning, which is essential in hospital settings.

Step-by-step installation

Preparing the wall:
Walls must be finished and painted before installation. No prior reinforcement is required.

Distribute the handrails
Using our measurement plan, we will need to place each handrail in its corresponding location.

Drill through the wall
We will mark the points on the wall, using a level, and then drill into the wall.
04
Assemble the set
Screw the handrail to the wall and place the decorative covers that conceal the bracket screws.

Maty
Uniform matte surface. Sober and elegant appearance, ideal for modern hospitals, residences, and spaces where visual discretion is paramount.
Lunar
High-reflectivity, glossy mirror finish. Brings brightness and a premium look to lobbies, hotels, and executive buildings.

ZK-I-1 Cap Termination
Flat cap that seals the end of the tube. Clean and modern finish, with no exposed edges.
