How to take measurements correctly to ensure a consistent finish and maximum protection. Please always provide us with the Type B measurement to speed up the cutting process.
How to measure correctly
The accompanying diagrams show how measurements should be taken to achieve a uniform appearance and provide maximum protection for the walls.
The first diagram illustrates the general measurement system for wall protection: the reference points, the corners and the spacing between sections. The second image shows how to estimate the size of the profile in relation to the wall.
Please always provide us with a type B measurement.
Since the cutting process is fully computerized, the calculation is automatic with the type B measurement. This eliminates errors and speeds up the shipping of your order.

Supply standards
Labeling and identification
All profiles will be labeled on both aluminum and Zikonyl® with the measurement provided, to identify the exact position of each piece on site. They will be packed by areas or groups to facilitate distribution by floor.
Package Numbering
All packages will be numbered, and we will include a description of the contents of each one, so that in case of loss or misplacement, it can be replaced as quickly as possible. This detailed information for each package can be included with the shipment if requested when placing the order.
Seamless Lengths
All pieces shorter than 4 meters are supplied in a single, seamless length, ensuring a flawless finish. Orders under 200 linear meters will be cut to 3 meters or a shorter length upon request.
Packaging and Shipping
Prices include packaging in a cardboard box and shipping within the Iberian Peninsula. For special shipments or specific conditions, please contact us before placing your order.
Flexibility during construction
During construction, we can change quantities, colors, and models for any of our other standard items, provided the material has not yet been shipped. Otherwise, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the client.
2-Year Warranty
All Zikonyl® materials come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty. Manufactured in our facilities in San Martín de la Vega (Madrid), with quality control at every stage of the process.
