Shipping conditions
Our products are manufactured in San Martín de la Vega (Madrid) and distributed worldwide through transport agencies specializing in long industrial profiles; we ship by air and sea when necessary.
Delivery times
- Standard orders: Dispatched within 7 working days of order confirmation.
- High-volume orders: delivery time of 15–20 working days.
- Delivery times may be affected during periods of high demand or for reasons beyond the control of the carrier.
- The tracking number will be provided by email upon dispatch.
Packaging and delivery format
- The profiles are supplied in 4-metre bars as standard, or cut to size on request.
- The packaging is designed to protect the profiles during transport.
- For large orders, pallets are used to streamline transport.
- If you receive your order with visible damage to the packaging, please note this on the carrier’s delivery note before signing.

- Postage costs are calculated based on the volume and weight of the order and are quoted before confirmation.
- All our deliveries are free of charge to customers within the Iberian Peninsula (Spain)
Minimum order and conditions
- There is no minimum order quantity for standard catalogue products.
- A minimum order quantity may apply to orders for custom colours outside our standard range.
- Cutting to size is carried out based on the standard length, at no extra cost
- Orders are confirmed by email or by a signed delivery note.

Accepted reasons for return
- Product received with damage or manufacturing defects.
- Incorrect item number or colour compared to the confirmed order.
- Incorrect length when we carried out the cut.

- Products in custom colours, made to order.
- Products that have already been installed or show signs of wear and tear.

Supply standards
Labeling and identification
All profiles will be labeled on both the aluminum and the Zikonyl® with the provided dimensions to identify the exact position of each piece on-site. They will be packaged by zone or group to facilitate distribution to different floors.
Package Numbering
All packages will be numbered, and we will include a description of the contents of each one, so that in case of loss or misplacement, it can be replaced as quickly as possible. This detailed information for each package can be included with the shipment if requested when placing the order.

During construction, we can change quantities, colors, and models to any of our other standard models at no additional charge. Billing will be based on the actual installed square meter.
